Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual returns, board resolutions, minutes, etc for companies
- Assist managers in monitoring of deadlines and informing / follow up with clients
- Filing of Annual returns, minutes, resolutions into respective clients files
- Incorporate new companies for clients
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Computer literate and knowledge in Ms Office
- Good communication skills
